Before Joining Us
To help you get the most out of our class, here’s everything you need to know:
What to Expect During Class
The first ~50 minutes will focus on postpartum yoga tailored to your needs.
Toward the end, we’ll enjoy a baby nursery song together, followed by a relaxing savasana.
Please note: There won’t be any poses that require holding, lifting, or moving the babies.
What the Studio Provides
We’ve got plenty of props to support your practice:
Bolsters
Blankets
Straps
Blocks
Cushions
Chairs
What to Bring
Your yoga mat (rental mats are available for $2 each).
A blanket for your baby to lay on (optional but highly recommended).
Water for yourself, as needed.
Anything else you or your baby might need for comfort.
Baby Age Limit
This class is designed for babies who are not yet crawling.
Where Your Baby Will Be During Class
Your baby can:
Stay in their car seat.
Lay on a blanket.
Sit propped up against cushions.
Be in your hands or arms if they need extra attention.
Feel free to adjust as needed to keep both you and your baby comfortable.
If Your Baby Needs Attention
We understand that babies have their own schedules! Take breaks whenever needed. Our instructor and assistant are happy to help hold or comfort your baby if you need a moment.
